For now, most of the doors we open are in the world of food — bringing each project's culture, craft, and passion to Japan, and to the world.
Origin
It began with something quite personal. Working, and raising children. Somewhere in those days came a wish — for a place you could walk into alone, eat quickly, and be on your way again. That was the fast food we wanted for ourselves. So we set out to make it.
Today we want that door to open wider. Students, workers, families, people well into their years. Quick, easy, and healthy — so that even a meal eaten in a hurry is genuinely good for the body, and for the mind.
